We have designed a programme of workshops and courses specifically for schools, during which students will get to discover the beauty of Capoeira, its origins and philosophy.

Packages can be developed for all ages (primary and secondary) and will consist of a combination of attack and defence movements, simple acrobatics, music and history.

These workshops are a great way to help build self-confidence, agility, coordination and focus. What's more, the added element of music and rhythm in Capoeira provides a fantastic opportunity for students to exchange and collaborate together.
