For more than 20 years, QMC School of Capoeira has been teaching children, young people and adults in London. We are proud to have received numerous Sport and Community Awards recognising our work, our teaching and our contribution to the community.
FULLY FUNDED PLACES AVAILABLE
We believe that financial circumstances should not prevent a child from having the opportunity to learn and develop through Capoeira.
Fully funded places may be available for families who would otherwise find the cost of classes difficult to afford.

CAPOEIRA FOR CHILDREN
We welcome children from 4 years old, providing structured, supportive and age-appropriate training that allows each child to develop at their own pace.
Parents and guardians choose QMC to help their children develop:

MORE THAN PHYSICAL TRAINING
Capoeira combines martial art, movement, music, language, culture and personal development.
As part of their Capoeira journey, children can learn:
- Capoeira movements and self-defence techniques
- Acrobatics and movement skills
- Percussion and traditional Capoeira instruments
- Rhythm, clapping and singing
- Basic Portuguese used within Capoeira
- The culture, history and traditions of Capoeira
Our approach is structured and supportive. Children are encouraged to challenge themselves, develop discipline and progress, while learning in an environment where they feel welcomed, respected and supported.

Keep Active
Capoeira is a great high energy martial art that keeps your child active. As well as learning a martial art students will also learn basic acrobatics and keep fit.
Immersed and Engaged
Capoeira offers a wide variety of activities that keep students engaged. The many different aspects (music, dance, history, culture) keep students immersed and motivated.
Educational
Not only will your child learn the Martial Art Capoeira, they will also learn about its roots, its philosophy and how to improve their focus and discipline.

BUY 1 MONTH OF UNLIMITED CLASSES - FACE TO FACE & ONLINE
UNLIMITED Classes for £29.99 ONLY (normal price £45 once per week - £65 twice per week)
We teach 2 Kids Classes face to face 7 to 11yrs old on Tuesdays & Thursdays 6pm to 7pm (please check timetable under "classes" on top menu for full address)
We also teach 1 weekly class 4 to 6 yrs old Tuesdays 6pm to 6.45pm (please check timetable under "classes" on top menu for full address)
At least one class to be used per week!
This course will teach you the first steps of the foundation of Capoeira (Beginners Course 1 & 2)
Suitable for beginners and Capoeiristas who would like to get to know QMC School of Capoeira
