National All Styles is an amateur Mixed Martial Arts competition for all ages.
It is a tournament for all Martial Arts to show their style and compete against each others. The tournament is always run in a safe environment and is judged and regulated by professionals.
Contramestre Marcus Cabeça encourages his students to take part in events like this as it helps build confidence, encourages moving out of your 'comfort zone,' and put skills learnt into practice against varying opponents and conditions.
On Saturday - July the 19th 2015, Contramestre Marcus Cabeça's school took home an impressive 15 trophies as well as a team trophy for our aspiration, sportsmanship and team work.
